Initial Consultation (free)
This is done before any training sessions take place. We will chat through your lifestyle and habits, talk about your aims and targets and what it is you are hoping to achieve. Once this is done, we will work out how many sessions you will need to reach your goals and I will plan your new programme to achieve this. This consultation also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions your may have.
Fitness testing will be done at your first personal training session. A number of tests can be carried out, but the ones chosen will be dependant on your needs. Below are some of the testing methods we will use.
- Height and Weight
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Resting Heart Rate (RHR)
- Blood Pressure
- Waist to hip ratio
- Body Fat Percentage
- Measurements of the Waist, Hips and Bust/Chest
- Cardiovascular Testing
- Muscular Strength
- Muscular Endurance
These tests will also be done periodically throughout your programme so that you can see the progression in your training. However, body measurements and weigh ins will be done weekly. When you start to see the change in your measurements and test results, this is will give you even more determination to stick to your programme.
Once your training schedule begins you won't look back. Here at GladiatorFit I am here for you, not just during your personal training session, but whenever you feel you need guidance and support. One to One Sessions
- 1 session per week - £27.00
- 2 sessions per week £45.00
Partner Sessions & Group Training
This figure is based on 2 people working together. Prices will vary depending on group size.
£20.00 per person. Group training prices will vary, depending on group size.
Get-Fit Boot Camps
4 sessions a week, for 4 weeks - £95.00, 3 Sessions a week for 4 weeks. £75.00

Sports and Swedish Massage
Sports & Swedish Massage is also available at GladiatorFit – However this is done From a comfortable treatment room within my home.
Massage works well alongside regular exercise and helps prevent injuries and reoccurring muscle problems. It is a great way to ensure that your muscles stay healthy and injury Free.
Conditions that improve with massage:
- Back pain
- Neck and shoulder pain
- Tight calves and/or hamstrings
- Knee and other joint problems
- Tension headaches
Massage also relieves fatigue, helps manage stress and aids sports injury.
